Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy. Which means you have to request for a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@skhathicollection.co.za or 0768108690. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-exchangable items

Pre-order or items made only on order cannot be exchanged as these will be made per the size of person ordering with specific measurements relating to that person. These items can however be returned for alteration.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges 

Readily available items can be exchanged only for a bigger size or smaller size. Once you return the item you have and the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the size required.

Refunds
Unfortunately, Skhathi Collection does not permit refunds. If you are not satisfied with your item you are welcome to exchange it provided it is unused, unworn and/or unwashed and in its original condition with the tag intact.
